CORONAVIRUS! INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

Due to the decrease in passenger numbers as a result of the coronavirus epidemic, changes are being made to the frequency of a number of trains on Russian domestic routes.

Some trains which are not experiencing any passenger demand at the moment will not run temporarily. Passengers will be asked to travel on scheduled routes on other trains on or around the same dates or offered full refunds for tickets purchased for cancelled trains.

The procedure for returning tickets can be found here.
